Hosting a backyard party with neighbors, friends, and family members should be a time of celebration and enjoyment. A moment where you can focus on fostering new relationships or renewing long-time ones, not to mention work on your tan. When you are in charge of providing meals, drinks, snacks, and, not to mention, setup and cleanup, the focus of your event changes (and not in a positive way). So, let our catering staff do the hard part, so you can appreciate all of the fun parts instead!
2. Less mess
To piggyback on the “less stress” goal, we also want to make sure your cleaning duties are not increased during your next summer bash. When you get your event catered, our staff takes care of the mess. If you want setup and delivery, we come in and setup prior to your event, then come in after and breakdown everything for you; it doesn’t get much easier than that! If you want to pickup your catering order, we will package everything in disposables for you, so the cleanup is a cinch. Either way, you aren’t going to get stuck with a lot of extra, messy dishes in your sink and/or dishwasher. Trust us, go the Z Catering route! Then, all you have to worry about is tidying up the high traffic areas and backyard, and you are all set to entertain.
3. Delicious BBQ, picked up or delivered
Z Catering takes pride in every dish that we prepare, cook, and serve, but, during the summer, we get extra excited about our BBQ! Our options for this summery cuisine include appetizers, main entrees, and side dishes. Our BBQ entrees include various traditional choices: pulled pork, brisket, BBQ chicken, Angus burgers, hot dogs, grilled lemon herb chicken, chicken wings, or hot link sausages. To perfectly complement these dishes, our picnic perfect side dish options include coleslaw, mashed potatoes, potato salad, mac-n-cheese, baked beans, vegetable medley, or mixed greens salad. For just $14 per guest, you can serve 1 entrée and 1 side. For a few dollars more ($18 per guest), you get 2 entrees and 2 sides. If you want to add appetizers, we offer 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 sides for only $23 per guest. Our appetizer selections feature handheld delicacies, such as BBQ chicken skewers, cocktail meatballs, chips and salsa, artisan cheese and crackers, or assorted fruit tray.
