Family Reunion Buffets:

Summer is the perfect time to get together with immediate and/or extended family members. Lucky for you, hosting a family event has never been easier. With Z Catering, we can bring the party to you. Our menu boasts family-friendly options that will suit palates of all ages. You also have the choice of a full-service or drop-off buffet setup to address the needs of your family.

Our full-service buffet options range in price from $8-$31 (per person) and include a full-service staff, cake cutting, a warming buffet, high-end disposables, and breakdown. You can also add our China Package ($4 per guest); this includes a dinner plate, fork, knife, water glass, champagne glass, and choice of linen napkin (ivory, black, navy, or burgundy). To elevate your affair, add our plated option to the China Package (additional $5 per guest). Keep in mind all full-service options are subject to a service fee, 18% gratuity, and 7.8% tax.

If you would prefer a drop-off buffet, we can do that too! We have drop-off packages that serve up to 10 people and range in price from $85-$170. These packages come with disposables for quick and easy cleanup. Note: There is a $15-25 delivery charge based on the location, but we can deliver anywhere in the Phoenix metro area. With this setup, you can add a disposable warming buffet ($35 per guest), assorted beverages ($1.50 per guest), and/or assorted dessert trays ($36 per tray). With the uncertainty of travel restrictions, now is the perfect time to plan your own special staycation, pool party, or 4th of July celebration. Take this opportunity to transform your property into a relaxing sanctuary, faux beachfront property, pop-up campground, or Hawaiian luau. With the right decorations, ambiance, food, and drinks, you can experience a new adventure in your own backyard. Of course, Z Catering can help!

If you are looking for a resort style experience, we recommend our hors d'oeuvres or various boards to complement your experience. Our hors d’oeuvre can be hand-passed or stationary, depending on the vibe you are wanting to create. To complete a casual, relaxed outdoor atmosphere, we suggest you add easy, handheld appetizers to your plan. Our top menu recommendations are our Sliders and Chicken Wing bar:

Slider Station (Choose 2 options for $12 per person or 3 options for $15 per person) with the following meat choices: Pulled Pork (with arugula and fig butter), Lamb Cumin (with oregano and a Greek yogurt spread), Chianti Braised Beef (with provolone, red peppers, and arugula), BBQ Pork (with coleslaw), Pesto Chicken, or Meatball.

Buffalo Chicken Wing Bar ($10 per person) with choice of sauce, level of heat, and dips. Sauce options include traditional buffalo, BBQ sauce, and rosemary garlic.
